Because we all loved Calvin and Hobbes...

There is a new biography of Charles Schulz that is apparently rife with controversy, as the author managed to unearth some rather unsavory details about the man that brought us Peanuts. Some people don't like to find out that their heroes may not have been the angels only they imagined them to be.

Anyway, the Wall Street Journal Books section featured a review of the book, written by some dude named Bill Watterson. Questions abounded, first of wich was "How in the hell did the Wall Street Journal FIND him?" It is great writing from Watterson, and the book seems to be a definite pick-up.

Also, a sampling of Bill Watterson work from his days at Kenyon College. This isht is awesome. In twenty years, no one will be clamoring for y'all to scan my old Daily stuff. But Watterson is a much awesomer cartoonist, and my isht pales in comparison. Check that out.
