radiothon's 3rd annual alumni show

radiothon 21 (!) is underway, and in an attempt to make us feel older than we already are, we (and i mean crc alumni) have been invited to join in for this year's alumni show on wednesday (december 3) from 7-8pm chicago time. out of towners can listen online (wxru.com) and/or call-in (847-467-6464). i'm not sure if we're going yet, but i figured i'd spread the word in case anyone else was interested in stopping by.

radiothon turns 20!

i think troy and i have managed to tell a couple of you about this, but in case you missed it: radiothon begins monday night. you can listen online at wxru.com. or send a check (ask one of us for the addresses of this year's co-chairs). or, as our letter from the co-chairs puts it:

"To give alumni a special forum to participate this year, we will be hosting our second annual Alumni Show. This is an hour where alumni can stop by or call to tell stories of past Radiothons and to talk with current CRCers. Please call in to the radio station at 847-467-6464 between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. central on Wednesday, December 5th. If you are in town, we would love for you to join us in person for the Alumni Show as well as the Goods Auction (8 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and the Closing Ceremonies (11 p.m.)."
