Neutrality

(sigh) ... a little old woman came in a little while ago and said that her friend had reccommended she read some of Ann Coulter's books. I showed her to the shelf where they are located (the one's that aren't checked out, that is) and pulled a couple down for her. Our conversation went something like this:

LOW: "My friend said she's a real good writer,"
me: "Mmph."
LOW: "Are these primarily political?"
me: "Yes, she's a conservative writer."
LOW: "I hope I'll understand these! I don';t know if I'll be able to understand them."
me: "Oh, I don't think you'll have any trouble understanding them."
