Bad Bloggers?
It's a few months old, but I just came across this excerpt from a Forbes article today by way of an e-zine that one of my co-workers forwards to us all. So, as long-time bloggers, what do you think of a) this author's comments and b) the growing presence of for-profit/corporate blogs?

It is dangerous/misleading that people make statements on sites w/out being "experts," but that's the whole internet so I don't think blogs are any different.
and as a jumping off from this, my soon-to-be-sister-in-law, who works for--let's call them--"job"builder".com," thinks that that soon employers will have to ignore the stuff you post on your blog because "everyone's doing it"...esp the kids and myspace.
I think your sister-in-law is full of it. "Youthful indiscretions" don't fly when applying for a job with an employer that, thanks to Google, can find out more than it was previously legally allowed to even ask you.
I think the time is coming where the pendulum swings back and NO ONE treats blogs as news sources. And that's too bad, because once the media gives up on being "liberal", aka asking the questions and getting the answers to important matters, then who is goingt o give us anything besides recycled press releases?
