That's hilarious! Compared to the footage I've seen of British parliament though, which was basically a bunch of guys in wigs all screaming at each other at once, Congress is epitome of dignity and restraint.
British parliment rules in the fact that its not scripted. You have the Prime Minister up getting fired upon by all angles. I really doubt many legislators here could think on their feet like that without looking at their lobbysist for clues as to what they're supposed to say next.
